KUTHAPrivacy

What this site keeps, and why.

Kutha Design collects as little as the site needs to work and to answer you. This page says what is collected, where it goes, and who else is involved. There are no advertisements, no tracking across other sites, and nothing is sold.

Last updated 22 October 2026.

The contact form

What you type in the form (your name, email address, the kind of project, the timeline you pick and your message) is sent to our mailbox, hello@kuthadesign.com, through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Its own privacy policy covers its handling of the message in transit.

We use what you send only to reply and to discuss your project, and we keep it for as long as the conversation is relevant. Ask and we will delete it.

The robot check

The form carries a check by hCaptcha to keep automated spam out. When it runs, hCaptcha processes technical details of your visit (such as your IP address and browser) under its own privacy policy, and it may set a cookie of its own. The check loads only when you scroll to the form.

Visit counts

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It works without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. Cloudflare also serves this site, so, as with any site behind it, requests pass through its network.

What stays on your device

The site remembers two settings in your browser, your language and whether animation is paused, so it opens the way you left it. These stay on your device and are never sent to us. We set no cookies of our own.

While you write a message in the contact form, your browser keeps a copy of the unsent draft, so it is still there if the page reloads or you come back later. It stays on your device, is deleted as soon as the message is sent, and expires after 30 days.

Email and WhatsApp

If you write to us directly, by email or on WhatsApp, we keep the correspondence to handle your request, in the same way as a form message. WhatsApp's own terms cover messages sent through it.

Payments

Payments are made on PayPal’s own site, under PayPal’s privacy policy. PayPal tells us the payer’s name, email address and the amount; we keep these as payment records, as the law requires. We never see card or bank details.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you have sent us at any time: write to hello@kuthadesign.com. If this page changes, the date above changes with it.

Questions about any of this are welcome. hello@kuthadesign.com
